2002年出道，2004年本科毕业于国立台北大学法律系，2006年因主演电视剧《白色巨塔》而走红

2010年毕业于国立中央大学产业经济研究所法律组硕士班。

凭借电影《情非得已之生存之道》入围第44届台湾电影金马奖最佳女配角奖，并获得第10届台北电影节最佳女演员奖。

2012年在电视剧《童话二分之一》中一人分饰演绎性格完全不同的一对双胞胎姐妹赵庭谖、赵庭雨
